What it does
Have you ever felt like AI is rotting your brain? I sure have. A recent MIT study found that people who used AI to write showed lower brain engagement and remembered less of what they wrote. Machines made physical strength optional. Now AI is making mental agility optional. That's why I made RotX, a gym for your mind: one thought-provoking writing prompt a day to help rebuild the habit of thinking for yourself.

I really struggle to keep my notes organised, and often can't make any sense of hand written notes after meetings. I did some experiments with Claude and ChatGPT where I blast random thoughts at them during a meeting or brainstorming session and then have them output a nice document that pulls it all together at the end.
