What it does

Meta introduces SAM 3 and SAM 3D. SAM 3 segments and tracks objects in images and videos using text or visual prompts. SAM 3D reconstructs 3D objects and bodies from single images. Try them now in the new Segment Anything Playground.

With SAM 3 you can use text and visual prompts to precisely identify, segment, and follow any object in images or videos—coming soon to Instagram Edits and Vibes on the Meta AI app.
