Take the pledge with Outward Bound to unplug for a day. Distracting apps stay out of reach while you're outside. This app has helped me a lot. Im still trying to go through my journey, but if it weren't for this app, i'd still be living off my screen. Due to my uneventful life; i find myself constantly being on my phone to entertain myself. I would even skip meals or school. My screen time used to be an 11 hour average, the other 13 hours of the day was me sleeping.
