Pick any photo and cover the parts you want to hide with numbered masks. A quiz question or a photo task guards each mask. Answer it and the mask lifts. Send one link. Players unlock mask by mask until the full picture appears. The full-resolution photo never reaches the browser. Players only ever see flattened composites they’ve earned, mask by mask.
