What it does

SERA is a family of open coding models (8B, 14B, 32B) trained with a new efficient method. SERA learns from "soft-verified" data, drastically reducing training costs. Easily adaptable to private codebases. Open weights, data & recipes.

SERA is the first in our family of Open Coding Agents, achieving state-of-the-art performance at low cost.

Since launching Open Coding Agents, we've been excited to see how quickly the community has adopted them. To support more setups, today we're releasing SERA-14B , a new 14-billion-parameter model in the family. We're also shipping a substantial refresh of our open SERA training datasets. The data is now in a general, model-agnostic format with verification thresholds for each sample and additional metadata to make filtering, analysis, and downstream training easier. SWE-Bench Verified results for 32K context. Resolve rate refers to the number of software engineering problems solved.
