Shift — AI Change Accelerator

What it does

Shift is a browser-based change management platform built by former Big 4 practitioners, specifically for teams running AI transformation programmes. Most change teams still run on disconnected spreadsheets. A C&E plan in Excel rebuilt every Monday. A stakeholder register always a version behind. A heatmap that takes half a day to reconstruct for every SteerCo. When AI programmes move fast, that infrastructure breaks completely.

Shift is the operating layer for AI transformation — mapping impact, aligning stakeholders, and keeping communications on track from day one. Runs entirely in your browser. No IT setup.
