Most salary apps assume fixed monthly pay. Shift workers don't get that — pay changes by shift type, OT, and leaves. Shift Desk is a free Android app built for India's 50M shift workers. Log shifts, track OT, generate salary slip PDFs, and get AI financial coaching. Built solo by a Maintenance Engineer who lives this problem daily. No CS degree — built with AI tools. Offline-first. Zero ads. Zero data selling.
