Stop bolting auth and Stripe onto a demo. Start from production patterns. Shipping on a thin starter feels fine until foundation debt shows up. Auth, billing, security, and structure were never designed for a real product. Sessions, CSRF, and Google or password edge cases break after real users arrive.
