An AI reading assistant in your browser. Ask any PDF, doc or wiki a question — Confluence, Notion, Google Docs, arXiv — and every answer cites the exact passage. Click a citation, the page scrolls to it. If the doc doesn't answer, it says so.

Every answer cites the exact source you can verify. Sidenote is an AI summarizer and document chat for the PDFs, wikis and web pages in your browser. Works on Confluence, Notion, runbooks, PRDs, and any PDF or article you can open. Click a citation and the page scrolls to the source. If the document doesn’t say it, Sidenote doesn’t either. Two retention modes per document, your choice. Store keeps the document indexed for the lifetime of your account so re-opening doesn't re-pay for indexing. Discard purges everything within 24 hours of upload via an hourly background sweep. All embeddings live in Supabase pgvector in our UK (eu-west-2) region , partitioned per user.
