What it does

SignalRoute helps businesses collect customer feedback before sending customers to public review platforms. Low ratings are captured privately so teams can respond, recover the experience, and spot issues early. Happy customers are guided to platforms like Google, Yelp, and Facebook. It includes branded review pages, QR codes, analytics, notifications, platform links, and embeddable widgets for websites, emails, and SMS.
