Field management for construction crews of 3 to 30
SiteForta launched on May 6, 2026 with 1 votes.
What it does
SiteForta is field management software built for small and mid-size construction crews. Your team gets one mobile workspace for jobsite photos, crew time, daily reports, safety observations, tool tracking, and approval workflows. No spreadsheets. No lost texts. No complex setup. Just simple, crew-ready software that keeps every job organized from the field.
SiteForta turns jobsite photos, hours, notes, receipts, tasks, and safety updates into review-ready paperwork and clear owner visibility for contracting crews of 3–30.
SiteForta carries photos, hours, notes, receipts, tasks, and safety updates into review-ready reports, quote drafts, and a clear owner queue. Photos, hours, receipts, and safety notes stay with the job. SiteForta carries that field record into office review—without taking approval away from your team. Foremen capture the work while it is fresh. No Friday memory hunt through texts, camera rolls, and the cab of the truck. SiteForta prepares the daily report and quote scope from the same job record. Evidence stays attached; your office checks the work. Missing reports, unapproved costs, safety follow-ups, and late work land in one queue. You decide what gets approved or sent. Hey HN, Henry here from Cactus. We open-sourced Needle, a 26M parameter function-calling (tool use) model. It runs at 6000 tok/s prefill and 1200 tok/s decode on consumer devices. We were always frustrated by the little effort made towards building agentic models that run on budget phones, so we conducted investigations that led to an observation: agentic experiences are built upon tool calling, and massive models are overkill for it. Tool calling is fundamentally retrieval-and-assembly (match query to tool name, extract argument values, emit JSON), not reasoning. Cross-attention…
