What it does

SkillSyncer compares your resume to a job listings description and instantly shows you what your resume is missing. Adding the missing keywords will let recruiters know you are a better match improving your chances of landing an interview.

SkillSyncer is a free ATS resume scanner and AI optimization tool. Compare your resume to job descriptions, find missing keywords, and tailor your resume to land more interviews.

A filter drops it before a person ever sees it. SkillSyncer flags the skills and keywords a job description wants and writes them into your experience in your voice, so you land more interviews. Doing it by hand means reading the posting line by line and guessing which terms matter. Our job scanner reads it for you, gives you an instant match score, and lists the key skills and keywords missing from your resume. The bullet point generator turns each one into a bullet you can accept or skip, right next to your original wording, so your resume still sounds like you wrote it and still stands out to applicant tracking systems. Every scan returns a match score against the exact posting you are…from skillsyncer.com
