AI actions are evaluated locally, before execution. SolonGate applies policy on the user's device, allows or blocks the action in milliseconds, and sends the resulting audit record to the cloud when cloud logging is enabled. Tool calls are evaluated on-device before execution. Policies are applied locally, so the action never needs to pass through SolonGate infrastructure. Allowed actions continue directly to the target system. Blocked actions stop locally. The decision is then recorded in the audit trail when cloud logging is enabled.
