Sovereign is built specifically to cure mindless scrolling by combining a clean interface with ruthless app-blocking features. It's a completely distraction-free text-based home screen (homescreen with icons is also available), strict customizable blocklists for apps, websites and even your entire phone, and an intentional design that turns your phone back into a tool instead of a slot machine.
