Free dual-cam iPhone app for TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts. Record front + rear at once with live GPS speedometer, distance, sound overlays, no editing required.

SplitRig is the free dual camera app for iPhone: it records your front and back cameras at the same time, in one video, and can show your live speed, distance, and pace right on it. No account, and it works on any iPhone from the 11 to the 17 Pro. Drag, drop, resize: every overlay is composited frame-by-frame, right inside your recording. Save your favorite set as My Widgets, then show or hide them all in one tap. No editor required. Real-time GPS speed in mph or km/h, updated twice per second. Drive, ride, run: the number on screen is the number you were doing. Total distance traveled, ticking up live as you move. Perfect for ride recaps, run vlogs, and road-trip reels. Homebrew 6.0.0▲1,481

Today, I’m proud to announce Homebrew 6.0.0. The most significant changes since 5.1.0 are a new tap trust security mechanism, the new faster, smaller, default internal Homebrew JSON API, sandboxing on Linux, better defaults informed by our user survey, many brew bundle improvements, improved performance and initial support for macOS 27 (Golden Gate). Happy to discuss any questions here!

  Performative-UI – A react component library of design tropes▲1,181

Hi HN! I was super frustrated at apps like tiktok and wechat preventing me from saving or downloading the animated gifs, so I made a little tool to turn a screen recording into a slack-sized emoji. Hope you get some value from this!
