This app has turned mindfulness and positive thinking into something completely new. I’ve been trying to get back into mindfulness for my own well-being and sometimes I struggle with the typical type of meditation & affirmation types but this app with it’s proper decent beats & London accent to go along with it makes me feel like I’m getting motivation from a favourite youth worker or something. I really enjoy listening to my sessions each morning & the fact the playlists are customised for you based on how you’re feeling is great. No complaints at all but if there was a section dedicated to longer affirmations, I would be a proper happy bunny but apart from that minor comment, this app is…from apps.apple.com
