Creates a mosaic of an image from selected Spotify playlist

What it does

My application uses the Spotify API React, flask, and python's PIL library to generate a new mosaic version of your selected image from a chosen spotify playlist. I was interested in learning on seeing how an images mosaic would be created and love music
