What it does

Stepsize is an editor-first issue tracker for a healthier codebase. Create, prioritise, and fix code issues directly from your editor — perfect for tech debt and refactoring. Integrates with Jira, GitHub, Slack, etc. so you don’t need to change your workflow.

Use data from Jira boards or Linear teams to create stunning reports on your product development. Get actionable metrics and charts, with accurate AI-generated commentary.

Keep engineering management and leadership informed, with automated weekly updates based on your issue tracker activity. 2-week free trial. No credit card needed for the first update. Metrics without commentary are meaningless. AI tells your data’s stories in plain language to help you understand what’s happened, and get aligned on sprint themes and goals. Understand the flow of progress at a glance, complete with sources so you can investigate if you need to. Understand the work completed, or zoom in to get more detail. The AI uses the structure of your epics to identify themes among all your loose tasks. The AI surfaces risks, and makes practical suggestions , so that you can proactively…from stepsize.com
