What it does
Most screen-time apps are easy to ignore. You hit "ignore limit for 15 minutes" and keep scrolling. I built StepTok because I needed a harder boundary. It uses one simple rule: Walk first, scroll later. Your social media apps (TikTok, IG, etc.) stay locked until you hit your step goal. It turns mindless scrolling into a reward for moving your body. No steps = no brainrot. It’s the digital discipline I needed, so I built it for everyone.
