What it does
Most students study hard but have no real system. StudyEdge fixes the three things that actually kill grades: 1. No real schedule: It auto-builds your weekly study plan around your classes and exam dates. 2. No session plan: Before every session, AI generates a minute-by-minute blueprint for that specific course. 3. Passive studying: The session runs with a timer, flashcards, active recall, and quizzes built in. Free to start. No credit card needed.
AI study system for college. StudyEdge AI builds your schedule, generates flashcards from your syllabus, and tracks grades. 7-day free trial.

Hey HN, Henry here from Cactus. We open-sourced Needle, a 26M parameter function-calling (tool use) model. It runs at 6000 tok/s prefill and 1200 tok/s decode on consumer devices. We were always frustrated by the little effort made towards building agentic models that run on budget phones, so we conducted investigations that led to an observation: agentic experiences are built upon tool calling, and massive models are overkill for it. Tool calling is fundamentally retrieval-and-assembly (match query to tool name, extract argument values, emit JSON), not reasoning. Cross-attention…
