What it does

SueprCmd is MacOs Launcher — open source alternative to Raycast Pro, WisprFlow, and Speechify in one place. With Raycast-compatible extensions, unlimited clipboard, notes, snippets, Excalidraw canvases, voice dictation with local models, text-to-speech from any app, a powerful calculator with live currency conversions, and AI via your own key or Ollama. Open source productivity suite to 10x yourself

SuperCmd is a fast, native macOS launcher built in Swift with AI agents, unlimited clipboard history, snippets, window management, and Raycast extensions.

Built native in Swift. The tools you actually reach for — agents, screenshots, widgets, and a launcher that stays light. Native Swift stays lean while you keep every tool open — agents, widgets, screenshots, the works. Every one of these ships in v2. No waitlist, no beta flag — install it and they’re on your machine. CPU, memory, and disk sit right in the launcher, alongside the processes actually eating your battery. Capture any region, annotate it immediately, and copy the finished image to your clipboard. See every open window as a live, numbered preview. Press a number and land in the right place. Hold full conversations with history, web search, and model switching — not a one-shot…from supercmd.sh

Hey HN! I'm a huge fan of Raycast, but as a Linux user, I was always disappointed it wasn't available on my main OS. This summer, I decided to just build it myself. This project has the goal of being interoperable with Raycast itself, including a majority of the extensions. It's built with Tauri and Rust on the backend, with a Svelte frontend. The biggest challenge was getting it to run existing Raycast extensions, which required building a custom React renderer as well as making a custom API. I also wrote a quick post, which I hope to expand on in the future, about this project. You can…

Hi HN, I’m a fullstack developer, and honestly, I’ve lost count of how many side projects I’ve worked on over the years. But one idea kept coming back to me: a different kind of email client. It first came to me in 2014: “What if we could handle emails more like conversations?” Every year, I’d revisit this concept in my “Build Notes.” Ten years later, no one had built exactly what I had in mind — so I finally decided to do it myself. That’s how Talanoa was born. I wanted something focused on people, not timelines. I was tired of marking messages as unread just to remember to reply later, or…

  • With social media and now AI, its important to keep the indie web alive. There are many people who write frequently. Blogosphere tries to highlight them by fetching the recent posts from personal blogs across many categories. There are two versions: Minimal (HN-inspired, fast, static): https://text.blogosphere.app/ Non-minimal: https://blogosphere.app/ If you don't find your blog (or your favorite ones), please add them. I will review and approve it.
