What it does

Say hello to SuperSplit, your ultimate companion for splitting costs easily and fairly. Whether you're on a vacation with friends, sharing household expenses, or organising a group event, SuperSplit makes it simple to track and settle expenses.

Split bills and track group expenses with friends, roommates, and travel groups. Smart settle-up, 150+ currencies, shareable links. No ads, no limits.

Track group spending, settle up in the fewest possible payments, and never hit a paywall mid-trip. Built for friends, roommates, couples and travel crews. SuperSplit untangles every debt in a group and tells each person the one payment that clears them. Six friends can settle a whole trip in a handful of taps. Real life isn't always 50/50. Split a bill evenly, by exact amounts, by percentage, or by shares when someone had the big steak. Multiple payers on one expense? Handled. Pay for tapas in euros, a taxi in zloty and a hotel in lira. SuperSplit converts everything to your group's home currency at live rates, so the maths is always right. Send anyone a view-only link to the group balance.…from supersplit.app

I realized that the PDF engines of modern desktop browsers (PDFium and PDF.js) support JavaScript with enough I/O primitives to make a basic game like Tetris. It was a bit tricky to find a union of features that work in both engines, but in the end it turns out that showing/hiding annotation "fields" works well to make monochrome pixels, and keyboard input can be achieved by typing in a text input box. All in all it's quite janky but a nice reminder of how general purpose PDF scripting can be. The linked PDF is all ASCII so you can just open it in a text editor, or have a look at…

I originally built this app to organize and reuse interesting React + Tailwind components I came across on Twitter, inspired by the shadcn/ui approach. Later, a friend started contributing their own components, and it got me thinking—this could grow into something bigger, like an NPM for design engineers to share and use components. Would love to hear your thoughts!
