SupplyStatus

Monitor supply chain disruptions

What it does

SupplyStatus was launched out of a single observation. The global supply chain is far more fragile than most decision-makers, businesses and citizens realize. The thesis behind SupplyStatus was confirmed at the outbreak of the Hormuz crisis. Within days, the world watched how a regional escalation could ripple into a global shock. SupplyStatus covers disruptions across the full spectrum of the global economy and helps you monitor the events that can affect your business.

I simulated closing the Strait of Hormuz on real oil trade dataJul 2026 · globaloilnetwork.staffinganalytics.io · ▲244

I was constantly juggling scattered holiday calendars and scanning local news to figure out why shipments were delayed. What it does: Tracks public holidays in 190+ countries (so you know when offices, ports, and customs are closed) Aggregates real-time transport disruptions (strikes, port congestion, weather issues, etc.) Shows everything on a filterable world map Works in 14 languages The idea was to create a single open platform to see what might stop goods from moving today. Tech: It’s built with…

With social media and now AI, its important to keep the indie web alive. There are many people who write frequently. Blogosphere tries to highlight them by fetching the recent posts from personal blogs across many categories. There are two versions: Minimal (HN-inspired, fast, static): https://text.blogosphere.app/ Non-minimal: https://blogosphere.app/ If you don't find your blog (or your favorite ones), please add them. I will review and approve it.
