Sync Mode

What it does

SyncMode is a macOS focus app that helps shape your working environment around your current rhythm. Instead of relying on strict timers or productivity pressure, the app uses local, privacy-conscious rhythm signals, like typing pace, pauses, mouse movement, and click patterns, to estimate whether you’re in a Calm, Focused, Energized, or Scattered state. It then gently shifts your soundscape and visual atmosphere to better match how you’re working.
