I’ve tried meditation apps and I just find them so overwhelming, ironically. You have to choose a meditation to listen to and all this other stuff and it honestly feels like work to me. So with this app I like that you don’t have to make an account and it doesn’t keep track of how many meditations you do or don’t do. When I’m free at 3pm, I show up for 10 minutes and that’s it! I don’t have to make any decisions. I also find the live, group aspect interesting... I hadn’t realized how isolating meditating by yourself can feel. I mean.. I know that’s the point, but I’d still rather not feel alone. Anyway, I’m pretty confident I’ll stick to this app! I’ve tried meditation apps and I just find…from apps.apple.com
