In plain words

The Bus Stop Bus is a hardware project that displays real-time bus arrival information on a router placed near a bus stop. Created by Stavros, the project repurposes a router as a controller to show when the next bus will arrive, inspired by similar work in the field. The project is designed for people interested in hardware experimentation and creative reuse of existing devices to solve everyday transit problems.

I thought that was a fantastic idea, and I especially liked the unorthodox choice of a router as a controller. The project stayed in the back of my mind, and it resurfaced recently, as I started dabbling in hardware . Since I’ve been looking for fun little projects to do, this one was quick and easy enough, so I started looking into it. Of course, if you’ve been reading my posts, you’ll know that my microcontroller of choice tends to be the…from stavros.io
