In plain words
The Standard Freelance Contract is a service agreement template designed for freelancers and their clients. It provides a common standardized format for defining project terms, payments, and responsibilities between independent service providers and those who hire them. The contract addresses typical freelance work arrangements and aims to establish clear expectations upfront. It is useful for freelancers across various industries who need a straightforward legal framework without custom negotiation.
