What it does
ToDose is a to-do app built on the DOSE effect that focuses on well‑being instead of efficiency. It invites you to do just 4 tiny, intentional actions each day that help trigger hormones linked to happiness: dopamine (accomplishment), oxytocin (connection), serotonin (mood and self‑worth), and endorphins (energy). The design is deliberately minimal so the question stays simple: did today nudge your happiness a little?
