In plain words
True-Random is a tool that generates numbers while intentionally not being random, despite its name. Created as a humorous project, it deliberately subverts expectations by producing predictable output rather than genuine randomness. The tool is designed for developers and programmers who appreciate the irony, serving as either a joke utility or educational example of what not to use for applications requiring actual randomness. It is hosted on GitHub and was first launched in 2016.
