Verdict
Emails that never bounce.
What it does
Verdict is an open-source cold outreach engine that verifies every mailbox before sending, a free, self-hosted Apollo.io and Hunter.io alternative. Email pattern discovery from public-web evidence, SMTP verification with catch-all and enterprise-gateway detection, bounce rate under 4%, person-level cooldowns, automated follow-up waves. MIT licensed. Next.js + FastAPI.
Verdict is the truth layer for your cold outreach stack. Run an SMTP verification gate over the lists Apollo, Hunter, Instantly or Clay give you, hold bounce rate under 4%, and never let a dead address ship. Open source and self-hosted. make cold mailing great again.
Verdict probes every mailbox over SMTP and refuses to send what will bounce. No contact database, no credits, no guessing — evidence, or it does not ship. And because it runs on your machine, your list is never uploaded anywhere. Not even to us. Apollo, Hunter, Instantly, Clay — they hand you a list. Nobody tells you one in ten of those mailboxes is a dead letter. Verdict is the gate that sits in front of any list you already bought, so every address proves it is alive before it ships.
