VidClaw

I run an OpenClaw agent named Jimmy. Jimmy handles SEO tracking, content writing, and code tasks for my projects. Managing it all entirely through chat got messy fast. Thus I built VidClaw. It's a self-hosted dashboard that gives you: - Kanban board where you drag tasks and the agent picks them up automatically - Real-time token usage - Model switching - Soul editor - Skills manager - Activity calendar The whole thing binds to localhost only — you access it through an SSH tunnel. No accounts, no cloud, no tracking. Your data stays on your machine. Stack: React + Vite + Tailwind on the…

What it does

I run an AI agent on OpenClaw that handles SEO tracking, content writing, code tasks, and more. Managing it through chat alone was getting chaotic. I needed a way to queue tasks visually, see what my agent was doing, track how much I was spending, and tweak its personality without editing files over SSH. VidClaw is that dashboard. It's opinionated, minimal, and built for people who actually run AI agents - not just talk about them. It's 100% self-hosted. Your data never leaves your server.

VidClaw is a free, open-source, self-hosted OpenClaw dashboard for managing AI agents. Kanban task boards, usage tracking, model switching, and soul editing — all on your own server.

An open-source, self-hosted command center for your OpenClaw agent. Manage tasks, track usage, switch models, and shape your agent's soul - all from one dashboard. Backlog → Todo → In Progress → Done. Drag & drop cards, assign priorities and skills. Your agent picks up tasks automatically. Real-time token usage and cost estimates. Progress bars matching Anthropic's rate limit windows. Model switching from the navbar. Browse all bundled and custom skills. Enable, disable, or create new ones. Your agent loads them automatically on the next session. Edit your agent's persona, identity, and operating instructions. Version history with one-click revert. Six starter templates included. We are Bailey and Robbie and we are working on Klaus (https://klausai.com/): hosted OpenClaw that is secure and powerful out of the box. Running OpenClaw requires setting up a cloud VM or local container (a pain) or giving OpenClaw root access to your machine (insecure). Many basic integrations (eg Slack, Google Workspace) require you to create your own OAuth app. We make running OpenClaw simple by giving each user their own EC2 instance, preconfigured with keys for OpenRouter, AgentMail, and Orthogonal. And we have OAuth apps to make it easy to integrate with Slack and Google…

Hi everyone, I am Kumar, co-founder of Dench (https://denchclaw.com). We were part of YC S24, an agentic workflow company that previously worked with sales floors automating niche enterprise tasks such as outbound calling, legal intake, etc. Building consumer / power-user software always gave me more joy than FDEing into an enterprise. It did not give me joy to manually add AI tools to a cloud harness for every small new thing, at least not as much as completely local software that is open source and has all the powers of OpenClaw (I can now talk to my CRM on Telegram!). A…

Hi HN, I’m a fullstack developer, and honestly, I’ve lost count of how many side projects I’ve worked on over the years. But one idea kept coming back to me: a different kind of email client. It first came to me in 2014: “What if we could handle emails more like conversations?” Every year, I’d revisit this concept in my “Build Notes.” Ten years later, no one had built exactly what I had in mind — so I finally decided to do it myself. That’s how Talanoa was born. I wanted something focused on people, not timelines. I was tired of marking messages as unread just to remember to reply later, or…

  • Hello my name is Ben Ward for the past 3 years I have been remastering the financial game Wall Street Raider created by Michael Jenkins originally on DOS in 1986. It has been a rough journey but I finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. I just recently redid the website and thought maybe the full story of how this project came to be would interest you all. Thank you for reading.
