What it does

Built this for myself as a podcast co-host. Was using hacky scripts to cut shorts, but now it's a proper tool. Upload long video → transcribe → generate shorts (AI picks topics or you edit manually) → download or schedule. The AI scheduling is my favorite part: "post these 10 shorts over 5 days, prefer mornings" and it just handles it. Each step alone is quick. All combined? Pain.
