VideoGPT Free 2D Video Generator
prompts to real-time 2D video graphics using HTML canvas.
What it does
Generative video platform that turns natural-language user prompts into structured JSON briefs using LLMs to automatically scaffold animated architecture and explainer videos. TypeScript-based expansion pipeline that turns high-level JSON briefs into complete video projects by injecting precise canvas coordinates, layout grids, act-timing tables, and style easing functions. Shape short-form visuals, prompts, and animated previews in one AI-powered workspace.

- IBI built a tool that creates videos out of React codeDec 2025 · github.com · ▲6
The one-liner: You give it a script, it generates a portrait video in 10 minutes. No stock footage, no templates—it writes code that renders as video. ## Why I built this We were building game dev courses at Outscal and needed to produce a lot of video content fast. Traditional video production was slow. AI video generators looked weird. So we tried a different approach: what if video was just code? Turns out it works. We can replicate specific art styles, and the output is consistent and editable. ## What it can do - Generate 30-60 second shorts from a script - Match specific visual styles…

- WAWeb app turns your text into p5js (graphics) code using GPT2023 · text-gpt-p5.vercel.app · ▲7
Text → GPT → p5 | An app that turns your text prompt into p5js code (computer graphics) using OpenAI's GPT and displays it. Under the hood: Nextjs, React, CodeMirror, p5js I got into programming through arduino and processing. I've always thought about how to lower the barriers for people to start programming. With GPT, we can now turn plain text into code, allowing people to start coding without knowing code. OpenAI APIs don't come cheap! I trained a 125M-parameter transformer to autocomplete piano performances in real time (~108 notes/sec on an iPhone 15). The idea is basically GitHub Copilot or Tabnine, except instead of prompting it with code, you prompt it by playing a few notes on a MIDI piano. The model then continues what you played, entirely on-device. The app is free if anyone wants to try it. Happy to answer questions about the model, training, Core ML, or the many things that didn't work.

Hey HN, Henry from Cactus here! We previously released Cactus Needle, a 14MB agentic LLM for tool call, device use, and structured extraction for phones, wearables, smart homes, small robots and microcontrollers. We got really great feedback here, and have now incorporated the suggestions to release Needle 2. The whole model is a single 14MB binary that runs a full session in 28MB of RAM; 45m parameters at 2bit compression. Needle hits 500 tokens/sec decode speed on a Raspberry Pi 5, sits between 400-1,500 tokens/sec on VR devices like Meta Quest 3S and Apple Vision Pro, and ranges…

- H6Homebrew 6.0.0▲1,481
Today, I’m proud to announce Homebrew 6.0.0. The most significant changes since 5.1.0 are a new tap trust security mechanism, the new faster, smaller, default internal Homebrew JSON API, sandboxing on Linux, better defaults informed by our user survey, many brew bundle improvements, improved performance and initial support for macOS 27 (Golden Gate). Happy to discuss any questions here!
