ViolationFlow
HOA violation case tracking for self-managed boards
What it does
ViolationFlow gives self-managed HOA and condo boards one dated record for every violation and ARC case. Send templated email notices, capture photo evidence and owner responses, track escalations and fines, import lots by CSV, and export audit-ready PDF timelines. The free plan covers 10 lots and 5 active cases.
Case tracking for self-managed HOA boards: open a case, send templated notices, log every event, export the timeline PDF. Free for 10 lots.
Violation and ARC case tracking for self-managed boards. Open the case, send the notice, preserve the evidence, and export the dated timeline when someone asks what happened. A spreadsheet can list a case. It cannot preserve the chain of events that makes enforcement defensible. Map and preview a CSV of lots and owners. Undo the batch if the source needs correction. Set the case type, deadline, owner, and next notice. The board approves every send. Notices, evidence, responses, and status changes join one dated, attributable timeline. The operating interface stays quiet. The lot, deadline, notice progression, evidence, and accountable person do the talking. Nothing gets reconstructed for…from violationflow.homes

Hi HN, I'm the CEO at https://replay.io. We've been working on time travel debugging for web development for a while (https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=28539247) and more recently an AI app builder that uses that debugger to get past problems instead of spinning in circles (https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=43258585). We've gotten to where we can pretty easily build apps to replace business-critical SaaS tools, some of which we're now using internally: * We built our own issue tracker to keep track of all our development projects, tickets, bug…

I made OwnTime to balance between competing priorities in my life. The idea is based on two main influences: the concept of "roles" from "The 5 Choices" (2015), and my repeated failure to effectively implement time blocking due to the necessary flexibility in my role. The app allows you to define time budgets, which are not much more than a few mutually exclusive countdown timers. The UX is essentially that of a chess clock for an arbitrary number of players with configurable time. The whole point of the app is to kick you out of the running role/priority when its time is up. One…
