We made a global competition for one math problem a day
Hi HN! We’re Devin and Aki. We made Pegasus to explore ideas on how to make learning more engaging. We were inspired by our own experience as students – we grew up being bored or disinterested with school, but found that friendly competition through our school’s math and science team was a great motivator for learning. Every day at midnight (PST), a new problem is released on pegasus.fm. As the first of many experiments we’re planning, we’d love to hear your feedback!

Outlines is a Python library that focuses on text generation with large language models. Brandon and I are not LLM experts and started the project a few months ago because we wanted to understand better how the generation process works.
