What it does
Some apps are great at logging your lifts, tracking your runs, or creating workouts, but there are none that can do it all. Wodme is your one stop shop, user friendly, product for logging, tracking, and generating personalized workouts powered by AI. It is a CrossFitters dream, as they’re constantly doing so many types of workouts, but there haven’t been apps that are optimized to be great at logging and tracking all those different types of workouts in one place, until Wodme.

I tried some web tools to track my workouts (specifically, running); some (like FitTrackee) came close, but I always found annoyances. So I decided to build my own. Specifically geared towards distance-based workouts, such as walking, running or cycling.

I trained a 125M-parameter transformer to autocomplete piano performances in real time (~108 notes/sec on an iPhone 15). The idea is basically GitHub Copilot or Tabnine, except instead of prompting it with code, you prompt it by playing a few notes on a MIDI piano. The model then continues what you played, entirely on-device. The app is free if anyone wants to try it. Happy to answer questions about the model, training, Core ML, or the many things that didn't work.
