Maybe I missed it, but it would be great if the app could drag browser borders and dynamically display the browser size. This would make the app essentially a self contained solution, whereas it took me two apps and four attempts to come up with the custom size I wanted. Hi,We've just released a new version! In the "Custom size" section, we've added an option to measure your current window. This will open a small popup at the top right of your current website screen, where you'll be able to check the window size, add a custom name, and save it directly to your Custom Windows list.We really appreciate your feedback, it was very helpful! If you have any comments or questions, feel free to…from apps.apple.com

Resizer2 – i3/KDE window movement on Windows2024 · github.com · ▲40I was really frustrated when I needed to go back to windows after using KDE for a few years, and becoming used to the Meta+Mouse keybinds for resizing and moving windows around, so I made a script for it that lets me use those shortcuts on windows too, maybe someone here finds it useful too? I also really need help with a name for the project, resizer2 doesn't sound that cool and catchy :(

Talanoa▲340Hi HN, I’m a fullstack developer, and honestly, I’ve lost count of how many side projects I’ve worked on over the years. But one idea kept coming back to me: a different kind of email client. It first came to me in 2014: “What if we could handle emails more like conversations?” Every year, I’d revisit this concept in my “Build Notes.” Ten years later, no one had built exactly what I had in mind — so I finally decided to do it myself. That’s how Talanoa was born. I wanted something focused on people, not timelines. I was tired of marking messages as unread just to remember to reply later, or…

Hey there HN! We’re Joe and Stopa, and today we’re open sourcing InstantDB, a client-side database that makes it easy to build real-time and collaborative apps like Notion and Figma. Building modern apps these days involves a lot of schleps. For a basic CRUD app you need to spin up servers, wire up endpoints, integrate auth, add permissions, and then marshal data from the backend to the frontend and back again. If you want to deliver a buttery smooth user experience, you’ll need to add optimistic updates and rollbacks. We do these steps over and over for every feature we build, which can…
