What it does
Hi everyone 👋 I built Word Count Goal Tracker to help bloggers stay consistent with writing goals directly inside WordPress. Instead of tracking words in external tools, the plugin shows a live progress bar while you write and tracks daily writing activity. The latest update adds a simple dashboard with daily progress, streaks, and recent writing stats. I’d love to hear feedback from bloggers and WordPress users!
Track your writing progress, set word count goals for posts, and stay consistent as a blogger or author — directly inside your WordPress editor.
Word Count Goal Tracker helps bloggers, authors, and content creators stay consistent and productive by turning every post into a clear writing target. Hello! I made a web application for my friend and I to use as part of a New Year’s resolution and decided to open it up to the public. It’s pretty simple but I’ve really enjoyed building it and using it so far. I’ve written ~10,000 words, which is a lot more than I used to write. Enjoy and be nice!
