WorkWomp

Find a job you'll actually love

What it does

Find jobs worth applying for and choose offers you'll love. Track opportunities, complete a values assessment, and compare by what actually matters to you. WorkWomp is an job hunt application that aligns your job search with what actually matters to you. Instead of chasing titles or salary alone, we help you evaluate opportunities against your core values — culture fit, growth potential, work-life balance, tech stack, and more.

We were always frustrated by the little effort made towards building agentic models that run on budget phones, so we conducted investigations that led to an observation: agentic experiences are built upon tool calling, and massive models are overkill for it. Tool calling is fundamentally retrieval-and-assembly (match query to tool name, extract argument values, emit JSON), not reasoning. Cross-attention…
