What it does
A free writing app that progressively hides previous paragraphs as you write. Stop editing, start finishing. Pick a goal—time, word count, or character count—and focus on progress, not perfection.
Free writing app that progressively hides previous paragraphs as you write. Stop editing, start finishing. Set time/word/character goals and focus on progress, not perfection. No sign-up required.
Set a goal, write freely, and let previous paragraphs move out of view. Free forever. No sign-up. Write for 25 minutes, hit 500 words, or reach 1,000 characters. Pick what motivates you. As you finish each paragraph and press Enter, it moves to a read-only area above. You see your most recent paragraphs for context (adjustable in settings, 1-5)—everything before that is hidden from view. When you reach your goal, the Complete button activates. See everything you wrote and download it as a text file. Stop scrolling up to edit earlier sentences. You'll see "[5 paragraphs hidden]" grow as you write—proof you're making progress, not perfecting paragraph one. Time-based, word count, or character…from writeforward.netlify.app
