XOGame — Dots and Boxes Strategy
Dots & Boxes reinvented: Skip the boring, play the strategy
What it does
XOGame reimagines "Dots and Boxes" for the modern player. Unlike traditional clones, it skips the boring start with automated opening moves, jumping straight into intense strategy. It features a unique stepped board shape that changes tactical depth and a progressive AI that evolves from rookie to expert. No second player needed—just pure, minimalist logic. It’s a dynamic, ad-free "time killer" designed to keep your brain engaged without distractions. Play 100% offline!

Thought I would post in celebration of 1 year of my website being online. I've been working on it on and off and currently the website allows users to play Hex, Tumbleweed, Amazons, and Connect 6 against friends or against practice bots. I've been a long time player of some of these games and I felt for a long time that the world could use a few more popular abstract strategy games compared to Chess or Go. If you try it, let me know what you think. I'm always looking for new games or new features to add :)

Inspired by games like Turing Complete/Virtual Circuit Board/Logic World, I tried to make a mix of aseprite and wiredworld/wired-logic, the idea being the user can build a digital circuit using a "fullstack" pixelart creation workflow. The circuit is just an image. The primitives are (i) connected wires which have undefined, 0 or 1 state during simulation (displayed brighter or darker in function of the state) and (ii) NANDs, which are little pixel triangles. During simulation the user can interact with any wire by clicking on it, toggling its state, which is cool for messing…

- LPLLM plays Pokémon (open sourced)2025 · github.com · ▲186
I built a bot that plays Pokémon FireRed. It can explore, battle, and respond to game events. Farthest I made it was Viridian Forest. I paused development a couple months ago, but given the launch of ClaudePlaysPokemon, decided to open source!
Voronoi Go10d ago · voronoigo.com · ▲155I posted once before but wanted to share again because a lot has changed. There's now a fairly strong bot to play against (contributed by a community member) and also correspondence games. The combination of these things helps a bit in finding people to play against.
