Yes or No?

Bet with friends using virtual currency and AI odds

What it does

Yes or No? is a free social betting app where you bet virtual currency (Talenti) with friends on anything — sports, daily events, reality TV, celebrity gossip. An AI calculates the probability for every bet. New flash challenges are generated every 30 minutes from real news.

I wanted to see how difficult it would be to build a web app using a sub-$300 android smartphone. With my friends we wanted to have a nice friendly competition (no money involved) about the football worldcup by predicting the results. I though this might interest other groups of friends so I coded a website just for that in 3 days. Nothing ground breaking but I like the suscription system "Doodle" style with just links, no personal infos... Tell me what you think !

With social media and now AI, its important to keep the indie web alive. There are many people who write frequently. Blogosphere tries to highlight them by fetching the recent posts from personal blogs across many categories. There are two versions: Minimal (HN-inspired, fast, static): https://text.blogosphere.app/ Non-minimal: https://blogosphere.app/ If you don't find your blog (or your favorite ones), please add them. I will review and approve it.
