Products that do what 3·6·9 COMMANDER, a turn-based strategy card game does

3·6·9 Commander is a turn-based strategy card game. I've been designing this for a while and it is now at a point where the demo gets the basic point across. I haven't seen a game like this before. Personally, I think the soldier mechanic makes it fun and the 7th turn adjustments also allow for some cool mechanics. 3 arenas, each with 2 conflict points. Both players play 1 - 2 - 1 - 2 - 1 - 2 cards each turn (over 6 turns) which resolve simultaneously at the end of each turn. There are two types of cards - commanders and soldiers. Commander cards have special abilities and can only be played…

A few months ago (82 days to be exact!) I posted a link on HN to my game, Meatshields. A bunch of you commented and played my game and gave me some wonderful feedback. Over the last few months I've been playing with many of you and implementing the best of everybody's suggestions. So, thank you, HN for all your help! I feel this is an extreme overhaul I couldn't have done without your input. Since then, I have: Dramatically improved our hosting platform (So it HOPEFULLY won't go down this time (oops.)), Added two new units, Rebalanced all existing units, Added many more maps, Improved the…

I made an in-browser game called Meatshields (https://meatshields.com) which allows players to play a turn-based strategy game against many different players simultaneously. The game is heavily inspired by Advance Wars and I wanted to give people the multiplayer experience I loved from my childhood. I couldn't find an online version of the gameplay that I really loved (Advance Wars By Web (AWBW) is FANTASTIC, but there are actually a few gameplay mechanics in Advance Wars that I take issue with that I wanted to try to balance myself), so I decided to make my own. It's still pretty…

Hi HN, I've been building a browser-based multiplayer strategy game called Borderhold. Matches run on large maps designed for hundreds of players. Players expand territory, attack neighbors, and adapt as borders shift across the map. You can put buildings down, build ships, and launch nukes. The main thing I wanted to explore was scale: most strategy games are small matches, modest maps, or modest player counts, but here maps are large and game works well with hundreds of players. Matches are relatively short so you can jump in and see a full game play out. Curious what people think.…
