I've been working on Recall for a while now, it had some initial traction in the beginning which has since died down now. I am facing the inevitable question of whether to continue with the project. I just put out a new release and it would be helpful to get advice from the community on what they think of the idea and my implementation.

I've been working on this tool that lets you build a personal knowledge graph from articles, blog posts, podcasts, YouTube videos, and other content you find interesting online. You can safely forget everything and trust that Recall will resurface it when something new that is related comes up. Looking forward to your thoughts and feedback on how it could be improved! The original version of Recall was posted last year nov on HN: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=33425947 Since then I have pivoted to a browser extension.

Hey HN! I'm José, and I built Recall to solve a problem that was driving me crazy. The Problem: I use Claude for coding daily, but every conversation starts from scratch. I'd explain my architecture, coding standards, past decisions... then hit the context limit and lose everything. Next session? Start over. The Solution: Recall is an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that gives Claude persistent memory using Redis + semantic search. Think of it as long-term memory that survives context limits and session restarts. How it works: - Claude stores important context as "memories" during…

Recallify▲16Hi HN — we built Recallify, a mobile app designed to support people who experience memory, fatigue, and executive-function challenges. It’s clinician-led and co-designed with people with neurological conditions and neurodivergence (e.g. brain injury, ADHD), based on real-world cognitive rehabilitation principles. Recallify focuses on: • Quick capture (voice or text) when energy is low • Gentle structure for tasks, routines, and memory • Reducing cognitive load rather than adding complexity We’re especially interested in feedback from anyone working in health, accessibility, or building tools…

Save All uses quizzes, notifications, and emails to stop you forgetting what you've learned. Unlike other spaced repetition apps, we've (really) prioritised making Save All as simple as possible - minimalist design, no distractions, and minimal cognitive load placed on users. We achieve this simplicity by using machine learning (e.g. large language models like BERT, GPT) to reduce the number of decisions users have to make. You don't have to decide whether you remembered a card, we know whether you did. You don't have to decide how to be quizzed on your information, we'll decide for you.…
