I created a crew of AI agents using CrewAI to automate my old Gmail account that had a lot of unread emails. This is what I had it do: - Categorizing emails and assigning priority levels - Applying labels and stars based on content analysis - Creating draft responses for important emails only + saving it in Drafts folder - Sending Slack notifications for high-priority messages (I use Slack a lot) - Cleaning up low-priority emails based on configurable rules (delete low quality emails + empty trash afterwards) It works with most of the models so long as they're good at tool calling (most OSS…

Appaca is my third pivot. A couple of years ago, I started working on an idea on no-code platform that generates code. The goal is to help devs and agencies ship products faster for their clients. I went through Antler startup accelerator and got initial funding. I was working on the right problem, but wrong solution. Instead of no-code, I should have jumped into LLM a lot earlier. I felt defeated when Lovable, Base44, and Bolt came out strong, showing the world what LLMs can do in software development. No one cared about my product anymore. I pivoted my startup second time after that, to an…

We’ve published a set of open-source reference implementations on how to build production-grade Agentic AI applications on AWS. What’s in the repo: • Agentic RAG, memory, and planning workflows with LangGraph & CrewAI • Strands-based flows with observability using OTEL & Arize • Evaluation with LLM-as-judge and cost/performance regressions • Built with Bedrock, S3, Step Functions, and more GitHub: https://github.com/aws-samples/sample-agentic-frameworks-on-... Would love your thoughts — feedback, issues, and stars welcome!

I didn't want to buy a standalone computer or repurpose a laptop to run constantly so I could maintain a system to sync my LLMs, so I built this. It's a simple overview of my system, laid out in a way easy to unpack and replicate for yourself. The project is meant to be configured individually, and uniquely, since one solution might not be what's best for another. If anything, maybe it gives you some ideas on how to implement things for your own project. Best wishes, Ryan.

Frustrated by AI assistants that can only suggest actions but never take them, I built Merlio (https://merlio.app) - an AI that generates charts, searches the web, creates images, and analyzes YouTube videos directly within conversations. Built with React, it functions as an AI hub providing access to multiple models (Claude, GPT, Gemini) through a unified interface. The custom LLM orchestration layer enables the AI to execute tools with proper parameters and process results while maintaining conversation flow. Users are visualizing data, generating designs, and summarizing…
