A few days ago, I responded to a comment by bloggergirl offering to read anyone's web copy and help. I shot off an email hoping for a paragraph or two of feedback on my startup's copy. Instead I received a professional, detailed deck of tons of invaluable well thought out feedback. It must have taken her an entire afternoon. Here's a link to it: http://www.slideshare.net/shereefb/recommendations-for-bettermeans To top it off, this isn't someone with a lot of free time on her hands, she's only days away from launching her own startup (page99test) This community blows my mind!

I started a newsletter sending out daily startup ideas. After a year, I transitioned to weekly ideas with more in-depth details. I recently posted all of them to the website and made them searchable. Check it out and let me know what you think. By providing more than just an idea, my hope is to help someone start their next business. https://www.startupsfromthebottom.com/

Every vote is recorded and tracked, and if they click yes they are brought to a page where they can submit an email. This makes validating ideas super easy because you can post your link to different communities and get statistically significant results as well as build an email list. Given an hour, you could easily create 50 different landing pages and be able to validate your ideas in bulk. The…

Lean Thingy - Helps you get fast feedback about your startup idea. I hope this tool can help you determine whether to pursue or kill a startup idea quickly. I started building it after a few startup idea posts on HN with 0 replies. I think of it as a hot or not for startup ideas. I started on this two days ago - it's not 100% complete, but I wanted to start getting feedback as soon as possible.

I’m a non-technical idea guy and a business guy that has been successful in my work for other startups. As someone who has been a founding employee at more than one startup, I’ve gotten to a point where I am sitting on ideas I think are brilliant and would love to build. I’ve noticed how difficult it is to find a technical co-founder, let alone convince them to come on board with an idea. That turned into a project for me, learn to build something myself. So I built a site that is meant to help idea/marketing guys connect with technical co-founders and vice versa.…
