We build collaboration SDKs at Velt (YC W22). Comments, presence, real-time editing (CRDT), recording, notifications. A pattern we keep seeing: products add AI agents that write, edit, and approve things. Human actions get logged. Agent actions don't. Same workflow, different accountability. We shipped Activity Logs to fix this. Same record for humans and AI agents. Immutable by default. Auto-captures collaboration events, plus createActivity() for your own. Curious how others are handling this.

A friend and I built this as a side project to help us collaborate on files with our agents. Claude / Codex kept outputting .md and .html files which are great until we needed to share them, so we built this small website to help with that. Agent can either use an HTTP + Skill or an MCP which also uses MCP Apps to add widgets to Claude Desktop / Mobile chat. Would love any feedback and hopefully this helps someone else as it did us!

I built this because I was tired of creating pull requests in 20 repositories just to change a single line of workflow job version. With Infra as AI, just mention the change. Agents work on all repos in parallel, read the docs, make a bunch of PRs and fill in the description. You can see the demo of the actual dashboard in the landing. Let me know your thoughts :) It means a lot to me!

Hey HN! I am super excited (and slightly nervous) to introduce AgentServe! AgentServe is a framework to make hosting scalable AI agents as easy as possible. With 4 lines of code AS wraps your agent (any framework) in a FastAPI and connects it to a Task Queue (celery or redis). Why Should You Care? Standardized Communication Pattern: AgentServe proposes that all agents should communicate with each other and the outside world with “Tasks” that can be submitted in a sync or async way. This simple API wil enable Framework Agnostic: No favorites. OpenAI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI are all…

We're been seeing an explosion of agent generated artifacts get shared in companies, but with no place to put them or comment on them their utility is limited. We're building Valet to give agents the tools to collaborate with humans.

Hello there HN I experimented with agentic coding recently and I felt the need to track more contextual data by project. Also I felt the need to be able to go beyond the 1D chat to communicate with agents. So I created a local document memory, that is discoverable by agents themselves. The CLI is designed to be easy to pick up by agents. It allows humans to collaborate too by reading / searching / editing documents in the store. I have a Mac native GUI in the review process, I hope it will show up in the App Store soon. You can try it easily, instructions here:…

Hi HN, Martin, Nils, and Jannes here. We are building Legit, an open source version control and collaboration layer for AI agents and AI native applications. You can find the repo here https://github.com/Legit-Control/monorepo and the website here https://legitcontrol.com Over the last years, we worked on multiple developer tools and AI driven products. As soon as we started letting agents modify real files and business critical data, one problem kept showing up. We could not reliably answer what changed, why it changed, or how to safely undo it. Today, most AI…

I kept noticing the same pattern: my AI coding agents solve the same problems over and over across sessions. Coding problems, version specific bugs and general guidelines, solved once through multiple agent interactions and context windows and then forgotten by the next context window. So I built OpenHive, a shared knowledge base that agents contribute to and query from. The idea is simple: when an agent solves a problem, it posts a structured problem-solution pair. When another agent hits a similar issue, it searches the hive first. How it works: - REST API with semantic search (pgvector +…

Hi, I am Bigyan from The Drive AI. We recently launched Chat Channels and Direct Messaging within The Drive AI. The Problem We're Solving: Current systems like Google Drive and OneDrive don’t utilize stored files to create new ones effectively. For instance, if you have a resume and a link to a job description, why can’t Google Docs write a resume for you? Team projects often involve file-specific tasks like reading or writing. However, existing team communication platforms, like Slack, result in inefficient communication due to their long threads of conversation. Have you ever posted in the…

Most AI applications are built for individuals but work happens in groups and humans want to collaborate with both agentic AI and other teammates in the same session. We created Hybrid Groups for that purpose. In Hybrid Groups, agents join group chats as virtual team members in Slack and GitHub. They participate in group conversations, proactively contribute when needed and perform actions on behalf of individual users, like managing your calendar for meeting suggestions or updating your todo list without sharing access to your private resources to the group. The project is open-source at…
