I did all the end-to-end coding and design and enlisted the help of a few professional researchers and writers to gather and aggregate data. For the past few months, I've been working on a website that answers two different questions: - Where in my city have the best travel times to all the things and people I care about? - Given a listing, how far is it from all the things and people I care about? Personally this was fueled by my own frustrations when I was apartment hunting in NYC. Hi HN! I've spent the last few months building HomeSheet - The all in one tool to track your personal assets. I built HomeSheet to make organizing and documenting my belongings a breeze. I've always wanted to put together a home inventory to protect myself in the event of a disaster, but I never found a solution that I liked. Right now HomeSheet is in early access, and I'm still working on determining what additional features users would like. A friend(@wolever) and I spent the weekend hacking up a small web app which makes it easy for you to sell digital goods for Bitcoins. Once a customer has clicked the “buy” button, we take care of giving them a unique address, monitoring that address for transactions, then securely notifying your website once a minimum number of confirmations have been received.
