I got tired of playwright-mcp eating through Claude's 200K token limit, so I built this using the new Claude Skills system. Built it with Claude Code itself. Instead of sending accessibility tree snapshots on every action, Claude just writes Playwright code and runs it. You get back screenshots and console output. At my work they provided a single Claude subscription for everyone on the team. To be honest I like kiro better as it provides a way better SDD management. I've been working on this Claude Code pipeline for making 10-minute movies, gluing together Seedance (videogen), Nano Banana (image gen), and ElevenLabs (voice gen), and using Claude as the director. My repo contributes a markdown playbook and a worked example which should make it easier for other people to make their own short movies. A first-pass movie takes around 2.5 hours of wall clock time and costs around $200, and iterating is easy thanks to intermediate artifacts like storyboards and voice samples.

I've been experimenting with ways to increase AI adoption for non-technical people. Basically, all companies are pushing for AI because it's all over the news and they feel left behind but most people have no clue where to start. I think 90% of people (ie non coders) are sufficiently well served by using cowork instead of claude code or something similar. If we can get people from sales, customer support, marketing, etc to collaborate with skills and cowork to form a company brain, I think it's gold. Read an article yesterday about the H.264 codec increasing their licensing fee by an astronomical amount. And as always, my first shot was how hard could it be to try and build a codec which could be that efficient.
