Hello everyone. Just launched my project called "SideProjectors". It's a market place to sell and buy side projects. Would love to hear your feedback on it. Better yet, would love to see if you have any side projects you would like to sell (or offer) to others. I had the idea for awhile, there has also been several "Sell HN" threads. Anyway, here's to the MVP! Thanks.

When I see what some HN members have done in a weekend on their projects, it makes it hard to confess that it has taken us 1 year to get to this stage. I kept trying to make things perfect, but finally I have seen the light - it will never be perfect and even in its current state, I see so much we need to improve, but it's something. Instead of delaying even more, I thought I would release it to the best critics out there - HN say hello to MyProperty.com Hope to hear your feedback, criticism, thoughts.

Hey there HN! So for the last few weeks I decided I wanted to learn more about selling on Amazon and FBA - so I did what any normal hacker would do. I bought a website - https://www.chargeduck.com - Wrote some funny copy (Well I think its funny, but I suppose thats subjective) and then I went a step further. I called up suppliers, had samples made, designed packaging and even through some of that cheeky copy on the box. As I've been talking to people over the last week or two - especially other entrepreneurs its become apparent that this is a world a lot of people don't understand…

I'm tired of seeing founders building stuff for months and years that nobody would ever pay for. They just don't see it, like most other founders learn to do. Business validation = making money, and nothing else really. If you really wanna make money this year, I can help you do it.

Hey HN, When I was learning to code I was always intrigued to see the guys on twitter making money with a SaaS. I always wondered how to make them and after a few months I developed my own. I wanted to share a Boilerplate for any new devs who are wondering how to start their own SaaS or wonder how things work. Boilerplate comes with Auth, Payments, UI and all the good stuff. Ali

Hey all. I am posting here because i am about to launch "officially" my new marketplace startup Eirify a creative marketplace and i am looking for opinions, constructive feedback, and any comments, especially with in experience in this field. I am hoping to learn lots from people here. https://eirify.com First of all introducing Eirify: Eirify is a creative marketplace for unique assets home to a wide variety of specialized stores created by individuals and companies to showcase and share their unique products. We want to stand out more from other marketplaces by focusing on the…

We were a part of Boomtown Boulder's second accelerator class, and after a few months of thrashing and pivoting, we feel we've got something pretty cool! We are a new crowdfunding platform with a twist - we let you partner with retail businesses by financing their inventory, helping them with marketing/lead generation and then collecting a return when that inventory sells. What I am personally really excited about, is that because the users are actively engaged throughout the process, this type of investment is not classified as a security and we can offer it to non-accredited…

Experiments are fun. I recently came across Bitclout, and I love the underlying concept. It’s ballsy, will it work? — time will tell. I think Bitclout as a thesis is moving towards the right direction. Decentralised Social Media networks will be the next thing and allowing users to own their own social equity and monetise that is the future. Last year I started an experimental fund, Khoob (www.khoob.group) The idea was to invest in and build interesting Indian companies (a Betaworks / Expa for India). Thus far we have made 4 investments, and are building 4 companies. At Khoob I’m the…

Hey yall, I built this for my makerspace. We wanted to let each other borrow things, but also didn't want to put up a big shiny sign saying "hey everyone, my garage has a super fancy oscilloscope just sitting there" and also didn't want to necessarily always need to say yes to everything. However, when I show it to people, they've been suggesting using it for other things like board games, or wedding equipment, etc. I'm still trying to find PMF, so please let me know what you think! For the stack, it's all Elixir + LiveView which is really nice, and then Fly.io, Fly's MPG, Tigris Data,…

I wanted to find a product idea to build. "Build things people want," right? So I thought, why not literally find people saying what they want? I wrote a script to collect thousands of Reddit posts where people are looking for a solution or complaining about a problem. Then I used GPT to filter out the noise and score each one based on how viable the idea seemed. Threw together a simple search interface so anyone can explore them. I was planning to build a more advanced paid version of this, but figured I'd share the raw version first to see if it's actually useful to anyone.
